Scott Bohr

Scott graduated from Wartburg College in 1984 and began his career in public accounting with Dee Gosling & Company in Manchester, Iowa. In 1986, Scott became the controller and finance officer for a small minority-owned government contractor, guiding the Company from $750,000 in gross revenue to $20 million in three years and in five different states. Due to the desire to return to public accounting, Scott joined the tax department of Deloitte & Touche in Davenport, Iowa in 1989. In addition to providing tax services to clients of Deloitte & Touche, Deloitte & Touche utilized Scott's practical experience obtained from his time as a controller and offered controller-type services for small to mid-size clients that did not have a controller as well as obtaining several consulting engagements to structure accounting and job costing systems. On September 1, 2001, Scott became a shareholder in the firm of Bohr, Dahm, Greif & Associates, P.C.
Scott has significant expertise in taxation, which includes merger and acquisitions, business and individual income tax planning, and estate planning. He also has significant experience in the field of accounting and auditing, and served a variety of small and large clients in the industries of manufacturing, retail/wholesale, and service.

Scott Dahm graduated summa cum laude from Central College in 1985 and began his accounting career with Square D Company as a cost accountant. In 1986, he entered public accounting by joining Breen, Brehmer & Co. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In 1987, Arthur Young & Co. purchased the office of Breen, Brehmer & Co. and Scott was promoted to Audit Manager in 1990. Scott joined Voelschow & Associates, P.C. as a shareholder in 1991. Voelschow & Associates later changed its name to Voelschow, Dahm & Associates, P.C. and Scott was elected President of the firm. He served as Director of Audit and Accounting for Voelschow, Dahm & Associates, P.C. during his tenure. In 2000, Scott became one of the initial founders of Bohr, Dahm, Greif & Associates, P.C. Scott has twenty years of experience in the fields of audit, accounting and taxation. He has served a wide variety of small to large clients engaged in manufacturing, retail, wholesale, services, and employee benefit plans.

Michael Greif

Michael graduated from Truman State University in 1988 with a B.S. in Accounting. He earned the Elijah Watt Sells Award for achieving one of the top 125 scores in the United States on May 1988 Certified Public Accountant Examination. He worked in public accounting for three years before returning to school. He obtained his Masters in Taxation Degree from the University of Toledo in 1992. He resumed his public accounting career with Ernst & Young in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Michael became at Tax Manager with Ernst & Young in 1994. In 2000, Michael became one of the founding shareholders in Bohr, Dahm, Greif & Associates, P.C. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Michael spends the majority of his time in the area of income tax planning, research and compliance as well as estate planning. In his career he has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from small businesses and their owners to public companies.
